Safety first
Leave the door where it is. Do not use the opener and do not try to force the door. An off-track door can fall, and using it can damage other parts. Call 765-674-6789. Emergency service is available 24/7.
A door rarely comes off its track on its own. Usually another part breaks first. For example, a torsion spring can snap, and the door drops and jams in the track. A car can also hit the door and push it out of place.
Our technicians find the cause, repair it and realign the door so it opens and closes correctly. Our trucks carry the parts for most track repairs, so we can often finish in one visit.
An off-track door can damage the other parts of the door system. It can also stop the door from working at all. Call us if you see any of these signs.
