I was opening my garage door to go to work, and my spring broke, the door would not open. Wes, the tech guy, called me within 10 minutes, and was at my house in about 15 minutes. He gave me a quote on replacing the spring, I had him replace both springs. And the weatherstripping at the bottom of my door that was shrunken in and old. Everything was repaired within an hour and a half, oh, and the door working in better condition than it was before the spring broke. Wes was prompt, honest, informative, and got the job done.
